In registering for Policy Foresight events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
PAYMENT: You can pay online using a credit or debit card by selecting the corresponding price category at the online booking page. Please note the online registration facility is only available for card payments - If you wish for your organisation to be invoiced, you will need to register 'offline' by completing and submitting a registration form which can be downloaded from the relevant event page. If you are registering to attend within 14 days of the date of the event we will only be able to accept payments by credit or debit card.
All CANCELLATIONS must be received in writing to: events@policyforesight.com. Please note, only cancellations confirmed in writing at least 28 days before the conference date will be refunded, minus an administration fee of £50 plus VAT. Substitutions can be made at any time. If sending a substitute delegate please provide the registered delegate’s full name and the substitute delegate’s full name, job title, organisation, email address and any dietary or access requirements to: events@policyforesight.com .
Non-payment of an invoice does not count as cancellation and you will still be liable for the full cost. Non-appearances on the day are also liable for the full cost. Valid refunds (cancellation received at least 28 days in advance) for places paid for online using a credit or debit card will be returned minus the £50 administration fee and 2.5% transaction fee charged by our booking site.
VENUE AND REGISTRATION DETAILS will be sent approximately 10 days before the event date. For online/digital events, unique login details will be sent approximately 48 hours prior to the start of the event. We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of this information, if you have not received within 7 days of the event date, please call us on 01753 373096.
PROGRAMME AMENDMENTS Policy Foresight reserves the right to alter the programme and/or speakers without notice. For logistical or operational reasons, it may be necessary to change the date of the event - in such cirucumstances we will notify the registered attendees at the earliest opportunity and will endeavour to communicate details of the revised date within two weeks - all delegates will be automatically registered for the revised event date.
CHANGE OF ATTENDEE DETAILS Have your details changed, or are they incorrect? Please email: events@policyforesight.com.
DATA PROTECTION By registering your delegate place, you consent to Policy Foresight processing your contact details for the purposes of administering your attendance at the event. You also consent to Policy Foresight using your details to send you information about our further conferences and services. Policy Foresight will never share your personal information with third parties or external commercial organisations.
